Hocus Pocus

No one seems to understand why I think Kurt Vonnegut's writing is hilarious.  I must clarify that I don't find it gut-bustingly funny, but I find it amusing.  While reading Hocus Pocus, I often found my self jaw-dropped in awe that he'd just said what he'd just said, but sometimes I'd just smirk.  (At least one time I did laugh out loud albeit quietly.)

"Just because some of us can read and write and do a little math, that doesn't mean we deserve to conquer the Universe." - Kurt Vonnegut, Hocus Pocus
