All in a days work.

I hate that when a female is direct and forceful in her speech she's seen as a bitch or she's seen as irrational.  Sometimes you have to tell a vendor that they should have done what they were supposed to do from the beginning.  Honestly, they've got it coming to them when they make a "simple change that will NOT IN ANY WAY affect the end users" that causes me to spend 4 hours of my day on the phone with said vendor and having to conference call in with another vendor to get the first said vendor to admit that "oh, maybe it IS something on our end".  The end users have no idea what we go through for them for our paychecks.
