Italian Sausage Pizza

We came up with this idea ourselves, so we don't have actual measurements for some of the ingredients.  Use as much or as little as you like.

1 Freschetta Golden Wheat Pizza crust
Fresh Mozzarella (Yum!)
Mascarpone Fresca (This is Italian cream cheese.  Double yum!)
4 Large Basil leaves
1/2 Pound of Mild Ground Italian Sausage
Olive Oil or Marinara Sauce

Cook the Ground Italian Sausage until done.
Spread olive oil or marinara sauce onto the pizza crust.
Sprinkle on the Ground Italian Sausage.
Slice and tear mozzarella into small pieces and sprinkle on pizza.
Place dollops of mascarpone onto pizza.  (The mascarpone is thin when melted so don't put it too close to the edge of the pizza!)
Tear basil into pieces and sprinkle on pizza.
Bake on a pizza pan to catch potential cheese overflow.  Otherwise follow baking instructions on the pizza crust.
