I planted St. Joseph in our backyard flower bed. Technically you don't have to bury him upside down in the direction of the neighbor you like the lease. I only did that for good measure and by the request of my husband. You don't even have to bury him. Basically if you've done everything you are supposed to do to make your house appealing to buyers you just have to believe that through the intersession of St. Joseph your home will sell. No superstition or magic or voodoo involved!!!
...must remember to dig him up when we move.
